Hello My name is LeeAnn. I sustained a TBI about 10 years ago. I was 13 at the time when I fell off of a small riding mower pull behind wagon onto the road hitting my head. I had a fractured skull, contusions to both temples and concussion. I don't know how long I was in the hospitol or what had happened. I have no memory of any of it. And was sent home very quickly with no rehabilitation. Physically I healed but mentally I have never been the same and some days I just feel like I can't do it anymore.

Please Give up! 13 years for me and I was 10 at the time. I am at work...so I will get back with you...you can send me a PM if you wish! Take care

Right now I am looking into a newer type of physical therapy for TBI recipients that, if successful, could make a HUGE beneficial impact on the recovery and rehabilitation from TBIs.
