What I did…
I spent a lot of time in bed sleeping or researching the brain and how to heal. I learned a lot. A year later after trying different things I figured out the whey protein had an awesome affect of my mood and healing so that inspired me to dedicate myself to the gym. I also was going to school and learning everything I could. Dedication to improve is the number one drive. Also don’t worry; have patience with yourself.
